DRACO is part of the McKenzie Community Communications (MCC). MCC is a nonprofit community-based organization serving residents along the McKenzie River Valley in Oregon. Its mission is to provide a resilient, community-controlled communications infrastructure — especially important in emergencies when conventional services (cell phone, landline, broadband) may fail.
